The Wilkie Clark Memorial Foundation is a multi-purpose Non-Profit corporation founded by Ms. Charlotte A. Clark-Frieson, for the purpose of documenting the historical contributions made by blacks in the interest of black social and economic progress in Randolph County, Alabama, through the preservation and archival of historical records.
In addition to historical preservation, the focus of the Clark Memorial Foundation also includes benevolence, the promotion of economic empowerment, community development, cultural education and black history.
